Returns and Refunds
We pride ourselves in handling returns and refunds in a professional and expedient manner. Please familiarize yourself with the following to make sure that you are aware of all contingencies when you place an order with Tycromedia LLC . Our returns policy provides you 10 days from receipt of your order to request a return or refund on any defective item or item shipped in error. Returns will not be accepted under any other circumstances. Items must be returned in the original packaging, complete with all manuals and included accessories.
Return Exclusions:
Our return policy excludes the following products, which for various legal, health and fraud prevention reasons, we cannot accept returns on, unless you were shipped the wrong product and the product is returned sealed/unused/unworn in its original packing:
- Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use (unless clearly rated for commercial use)
- Any return that is missing the originally shipped components
- Any products damaged in shipping (these must be addressed with the logistics carrier at time of delivery or immediately thereafter)
How to return a defective item, or an item shipped to you in error:
Please contact us immediately for a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. Do not ship the product until you have received this number and the instructions for returning the product. Items returned without an RMA number will not be processed.
Restocking Fees
Please note that any merchandise returned, customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee. Restocking fee will be charged to an account once we receive the product.
Shipping Charges
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges when returning a product. Tycrodepot.com will only cover shipping charges if customer were sent the wrong product.
Can I replace a lost invoice?
You can obtain your invoice and other order information by logging into your account and clicking View My Order History. You may click on the order you would like the invoice for, and print it out for your records.
